ENROLLMENT

The Process

Enrollment is open to infants 12 months to children up to 5 years old. On occasion, I will accept children between 6-11 months. This is at my discretion and depends on staff and the number of children enrolled, Please call to check availability. The first two (2) weeks of care are a trial period for the provider, parent, and child. This agreement may terminate at any time during that period by either party without notice. Any fees paid are non-refundable. A Child’s Palace will not be responsible for anything that may happen due to false or incorrect information provided by the parent in the enrollment process. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis (except for children with already enrolled siblings).

Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit our school. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and learn more about our facility and what we offer. 

 

An enrollment package is given once the required non-refundable security deposit is made. The security deposit is applied toward your child’s last week of enrollment if a two-week exit notice is given. If your child does not start care by the agreed-upon date, your spot will be forfeited. Your deposit is non-refundable. I do not issue refunds. Open communication is important.  The enrollment package includes:

1. Parent handbook, which outlines our policies and procedures

2. Parent/Provider contract

3. All required enrollment forms

for Infants (12-24 months) - 1 available spots

for Toddlers/preschoolers (2-5) - 2 available spots

 

Waiting List

If there aren’t any available spaces, you can put your child’s name on our waiting list by filling out the contact form. As soon as I know space will open up in your child’s age group, I will call you to discuss enrollment.
